About us
Who we are
DoctorKnow.ai began as a one-person project with a simple goal: make the impacts of artificial intelligence easier to understand through verifiable evidence, transparent sourcing, and clear distinctions between what is known, estimated, disputed, or not publicly verifiable.
The platform is independent and nonpartisan. We do not represent a political party, government, advocacy organization, corporation, or ideological movement. Our role is to document and explain the available evidence so users can evaluate it and reach their own conclusions.
DoctorKnow.ai is also designed to grow beyond its founder. Over time, the goal is to bring together researchers, engineers, ethicists, privacy specialists, environmental experts, and members of the public who can help improve the accuracy, scope, and usefulness of the platform.
DoctorKnow.ai does not currently rely on advertising, and its long-term funding model is still being developed. Any future funding approach should be transparent and structured to preserve editorial independence and prevent sponsors, donors, or commercial partners from influencing how evidence is presented.
We welcome people who approach AI with different perspectives — optimism, concern, skepticism, curiosity, or uncertainty. DoctorKnow.ai does not tell users what to think about artificial intelligence. It provides evidence, identifies uncertainty and disclosure gaps, and makes source material easier to examine.
We provide the evidence. You make the judgment.
