WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR SMARTPHONE, TABLET, LAPTOP, DESKTOP COMPUTER, OR ANY OTHER DEVICE, OR FOR ANY VIRUS, MALWARE, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENT TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH YOUR DEVICE AS A RESULT OF ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, INCLUDING CONTENT OR LINKS POSTED BY OTHER USERS.

TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. (Note: since the Site is free, this effectively caps liability at $50.)

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, AI platforms, or services we don't control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party site, and linking to it does not imply our endorsement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoctorKnow.ai and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you post.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if we believe you've violated these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Harris County.
